Will this work with Starlink?

Yes. Plug Starlink into one of the WAN ports and the router will use it as a fast WAN link with automatic failover to cellular. SpeedFusion bonding is supported across Starlink and cellular for unbreakable connectivity in motion.

What SIM card size does it use?

Standard mini-SIM (2FF) for most models; recent units use Nano-SIM (4FF). Check the product specs above. eSIM is supported on selected cellular Peplink units via SIM Injector or built-in eSIM.

Does PrimeCare come included?

Yes. Every router we ship includes a 1-year PrimeCare A/B/C plan as standard, covering InControl 2 cloud management, SpeedFusion features, and warranty. Renewal plans are available in 1, 2 and 4-year terms.

Is ignition sensing supported?

Yes on vehicle-grade models. Ignition sense allows the router to power up with the engine and gracefully shut down after a configurable delay, protecting the vehicle battery.

Does it need separate antennas?

Internal antennas work for desktop testing, but for any production deployment you should pair with external antennas matched to the modem. Our recommended antennas are listed on this page.

Can I manage it remotely without a static IP?

Yes. InControl 2 cloud management is bundled with PrimeCare and gives you full remote configuration, monitoring, firmware management, and SpeedFusion VPN setup from any browser. No static IP required.

What is the warranty period?

Peplink hardware ships with a 1-year manufacturer warranty as standard. PrimeCare extensions extend the warranty to match the care plan term. Our engineering team handles RMA processing for UK customers.

Do you offer technical support after purchase?

Yes. Our engineering team provides UK-based technical support through PrimeCare. We deploy these products in the field, so you get real-world deployment expertise, not call-centre script reading.
