Refund policy
Every Peplink router from this shop ships with a 12-month PrimeCare warranty bundled, plus our standard returns policy. Warranty claims handled by our UK engineering team, not bounced to a vendor portal.
Returns
Unopened, unused hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Customers cover the return shipping unless the item was incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit. Email info@thetechfactory.co.uk with your order number to start a return.
Warranty
One year of Peplink PrimeCare is bundled with every router on this shop. PrimeCare covers firmware updates, InControl 2 cloud management, and warranty replacement for hardware failures within the cover period. Extension to two or three years is available at the time of order; ask in your quote or before checkout.
Hardware faults
If a router fails within the PrimeCare period, contact us first. We will run a quick diagnostic with you, confirm the fault, and arrange a replacement under warranty. We do this in the UK, in working hours, on the phone or over email. We do not bounce you to a vendor RMA portal.
Out-of-warranty support
Peplink hardware is well-supported beyond the warranty period. We can quote configuration help, paid PrimeCare renewal, or a hardware refresh if a router is past economic repair. Ask.
