Renew your Peplink cover

Enter a serial number and we will tell you exactly which Peplink care plan that device is on, when it runs out, and what it costs to renew. One device or a whole fleet, in one go.

  1. 1 Enter your serial numbers. One device or a whole fleet. You do not need to know which care plan you are on, that is what this checks.
  2. 2 We check each one with Peplink. You will see the device, the cover it has today, and the renewal that fits it, priced.
  3. 3 Choose your term and pay. Our engineering team places the renewal against your serials, normally within one working day, and emails you the new cover dates once they are live.
Already expired? Still worth renewing. Cover runs from the day it is activated, not from the day it ran out, so you get the full term from the moment it goes on. You are not charged for the gap.
We did not have to sell you the hardware. Renewals work on any Peplink device, wherever it came from.
Nothing for you to install. There is no licence key to enter. Cover is applied to the unit itself and the new expiry date appears in InControl 2.
Where do I find the serial number?

Three places, easiest first.

  • InControl 2. Open the device and the serial is at the top of its details page. Best option for a fleet, because you can export the whole list.
  • The unit itself. Printed on the label, usually on the base or the rear, next to the barcode.
  • The router's own web admin. Status, then System Information.

The serial is twelve characters in three blocks of four, for example XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It is not the IMEI and not the MAC address.

Twelve characters in three blocks, like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. One per line, or separated by commas. Paste straight from a spreadsheet, and do not worry about the dashes or capitals.
