The Tech Factory sources Peplink hardware through Frontier’s UK, EU and US distribution. Orders placed before 13:00 UK time on a working day dispatch the same day when the SKU is in our supply chain. Where UK supply is short, we’ll source from EU or US warehouses, typically adding 3 to 7 working days. We’ll always confirm lead time on quote.

UK delivery

  • Free on orders over £500.
  • Flat rate £15 on orders below £500. Same-day UK dispatch on orders before 13:00 on a working day when the SKU is in our supply chain. Otherwise 1 to 3 working days from UK or 5 to 10 days from EU or US.
  • Same-day dispatch when the SKU is in our supply chain.
  • Tracking sent automatically when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

EU and EEA

We ship to EU and EEA addresses on request. EU VAT is reverse-charged for B2B customers with a valid VAT number. Lead times typically two to five working days. Email us before ordering for a delivery quote.

Rest of world

Worldwide shipping available on a quote basis. Some Peplink hardware variants are region-specific (modem certifications, FCC vs CE), so we will sanity-check the model fits the destination before dispatch. Email info@thetechfactory.co.uk.

Lead times beyond stock

Where the SKU is unavailable through Frontier’s UK, EU or US warehouses, lead time is four to six weeks from Peplink direct. We confirm lead time at the quote stage.

Damaged or missing

If anything arrives damaged or missing, email info@thetechfactory.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with the order number. Replacement or refund handled the same day where possible.
