Outdoor 4-element cellular antenna with built-in router enclosure
The Peplink Antenna MAX is a 4-element outdoor cellular and 5G antenna designed around a problem most installers know intimately: cable loss. A 5 metre RF cable on higher frequencies (2100 MHz and above) can dump nearly all your signal before it reaches the router. The Antenna MAX solves this by including an integrated weatherproof enclosure that holds your Peplink router right at the antenna. Cable run from antenna to radio: near zero. Throughput: dramatically better.
Built for the rooftop, the mast, the truck
Four discrete cellular elements deliver 4x4 MIMO bonding with peak gains tuned for the bands that matter: 3.0 dBi at 617-960 MHz (low-band coverage), 6.2 dBi at 1410-2700 MHz (mid-band), 5.7 dBi at 3400-4400 MHz (5G C-band), and 6.6 dBi at 5000-6000 MHz (high-band 5G). VSWR stays under 2.5 across more than 95% of the operational band. The enclosure is UV-stable polycarbonate, UL 94 V-0 flammability rated, MIL-STD 810F salt spray tested, and ROHS / REACH / WEEE compliant.
The included L-mount kit fits trucks, vans, vessels, and rooftop installs. Antenna and enclosure mount as one unit on a pole, wall, deck, or surface. Routers fitting inside the enclosure include the BR1 series, BR1 Mini, and similar form-factor Pepwave gear.

Where it fits
This is the antenna we put on permanent fixed-site installs where cable loss has been quietly killing throughput, and on commercial vehicles where you want one mounted assembly that contains the router and the antenna. Maritime mast installs, broadcast OB van rooftops, telematics fleets, agricultural machinery, construction site cabins. Anywhere the router has been living in a cabinet 5 metres away from the antenna and the throughput has never lived up to the cellular link rate.
Recommended pairings
The Antenna MAX integrated enclosure fits MAX BR1 series and Pepwave routers in the same form factor. For BR2 Pro 5G or BR1 Pro 5G installs that don't fit inside the enclosure, the Mobility 42G is the right answer instead, with shorter cable runs to a separately mounted router.

FAQ
What's the difference between Antenna MAX and Antenna MAX S? Antenna MAX (this listing) includes the integrated router enclosure, so the router lives at the antenna. Antenna MAX S is the antenna-only version without the enclosure, for installs where the router is already protected. Antenna MAX Duo combines two antennas in one unit for sites needing 8x cellular elements.
Does it support 5G C-band? Yes. The 3400-4400 MHz coverage with 5.7 dBi gain hits the C-band tier where most UK and EU 5G mid-band sits. Combined with 5000-6000 MHz coverage for 5G high-band where rolled out.
Which routers fit inside the enclosure? The enclosure is sized for compact Pepwave MAX routers including the BR1 series and BR1 Mini. Larger routers (BR2 Pro, Balance series) do not fit and would need a separate weatherproof enclosure or indoor mounting.
Can I run it without the enclosure? No. The integrated enclosure is part of the Antenna MAX product. For an antenna without enclosure, look at the Antenna MAX S or the Mobility 40G series.
What’s the maximum cable length to the router if I do mount the router separately? The 4 antenna feeds use right-angle SMA male connectors. We recommend keeping the run to the router under 1 metre to preserve throughput, especially on 5G C-band frequencies. The whole point of the Antenna MAX design is to eliminate that cable run, but if you must, use low-loss LMR-400 grade cable and keep it short.
