2-year EssentialCare renewal for the Peplink AP One 300M
EssentialCare keeps InControl 2 cloud management, firmware updates and hardware warranty live on the unit. Without active cover the AP One 300M keeps working but drops out of InControl 2, stops receiving firmware updates and loses its warranty entitlement.
We need the serial number
Cover is applied to one specific unit, so every renewal carries the serial it belongs to. Add renewals through the renewals checker and the serial is attached for you, along with a check that this is the right plan for that unit.
What happens after you order
- Our engineering team places the renewal with Peplink distribution against your serial.
- You get an email confirming the new cover end date, normally within one working day.
- Cover stacks. Renewing while cover is still running extends from the existing end date rather than from today.
Renewing a fleet
Paste every serial into the renewals checker at once. It prices each unit and flags anything that has already lapsed or needs a different plan.
