When does the extension start?

PrimeCare extensions activate at the end of the current care plan term, providing continuous coverage. Stack multiple terms for longer protection.

Is this the right tier for my router?

PrimeCare A applies to entry-level routers (B One, BR1 Mini, AP One); B/C to mid-tier (Balance 310, BR2, Transit); D/E to flagship enterprise (HD MBX, SDX); J/K/P to top-tier (EPX, SDX Pro, Balance 5000 EC). Check the title and the product spec for compatibility.

After purchase, the licence key is delivered by email. Apply it via InControl 2 cloud against your router's serial number. The extension activates immediately.

Can I transfer it to another router?

PrimeCare licences are tied to the router's serial number and are non-transferrable. Always verify your router serial before purchasing.

What happens if I let it lapse?

Cloud management features and SpeedFusion will continue working but you lose access to firmware updates, advance RMA, and engineering support. Reactivation is possible but will be charged from the end of the original cover.

1-Year PrimeCare C extension for mid-tier Peplink mobile, branch, and access point hardware

PrimeCare C renews the bundled service subscription on mid-tier Peplink hardware for 12 months from activation. Without an active PrimeCare subscription, hardware still operates but loses InControl 2 cloud management, SpeedFusion peer entitlement, FusionHub licences, and bonding/failover/smoothing features. PrimeCare C is the most-deployed tier in our catalogue, covering BR1 Pro 5G, BR1 Mini 5G, B One 5G, BR2 Pro 5G, MAX Transit Pro E, and the Wi-Fi 6/7 access points.

How activation works

You buy this PrimeCare C 1-Year extension. We email the activation key after order processing.
Log in to InControl 2 (or open the Peplink mobile app) and apply the activation key against the target device's serial number.
The 12-month period starts from the activation date you choose. Extensions stack with existing cover.

Multi-year savings

For longer cover, 2-year (PRM-C-2Y, £278) and 4-year (PRM-C-4Y, £556) extensions are flat multiples. Most SME and broadcast customers buy 4-year to align with hardware refresh cycles.
