How trade ordering works

Signed in trade accounts see their agreed pricing and can order directly, spread card payments, or ask us to quote first.

Buying directly

Check out as normal. Card payments are taken at checkout, and Shop Pay instalment options may be offered for eligible card purchases between £50 and £30,000, subject to approval at checkout.

Accounts with payment terms

Nothing is charged at checkout. We invoice on order confirmation and our invoices are payable within 28 days. Settle by bank transfer using the details on the invoice, or pay early by card from your account at any time. If you save a card at checkout it is only charged if the invoice is still unpaid on the due date. Instalment options do not apply to orders placed on payment terms.

Requesting a quote

Signed in customers can save any cart as a quote using the button in the cart. A priced quote arrives by email within a few minutes, ready to approve and settle by card or on your account terms. Carts needing a manual check are priced by our team and follow shortly after. You can also ask us to price a full project through the contact page.

Invoices

Invoices are issued by Quimera Technology Ltd trading as The Tech Factory and match your store orders. Payment terms invoices are payable within 28 days.
